These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions under which participants can take part in the "Euronics x LEC" gamified competition (the "Competition"). Participation is possible for Europe residents by accessing the competition website.
1.1 To participate in the Competition, participants must first register, providing the following information:
1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in their country of residence. Participants must have their primary residence in Europe.
1.3 Participating in the Competition is free of charge. To join the Competition, participants need to use their own device and internet connection.
1.4 Participants are permitted to participate in the Competition multiple times using the same registered account (e.g., via daily bonus entries). However, participation using multiple accounts, different login credentials, or other methods intended to circumvent the fair play rules of the Competition is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
1.5 Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Riot Games, Euronics, Spacefwd, as well as their immediate family members, are excluded from participating in the Competition.
1.6 The Organizer of the Competition is Spacefwd SRL, Rue de Venise 21, 6040 Charleroi, Belgium, running the competition on behalf of Euronics EU ("Organizer"). The Competition is open for participation between January 10th, 2026, and February 28th, 2026.
2.1 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Competition.
2.2 The Competition consists of an online point-collection system. The participants have a determined time to perform specific actions to collect points as follows:
2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules or fails to meet the specified criteria. Any attempt to manipulate the Competition, gain unfair advantages, or engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bots, or colluding with other participants, will result in immediate disqualification.
2.4 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Competition, or any part of it, and to take legal action against any individual found to be in violation of this provision.
2.5 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
3.1 Prizes are awarded to the top 20 participants who achieve the highest score in the Competition on a split basis. Each participant can win only one prize. The prize is:
3.2 If the participant wins a prize, they will receive the prize in the form of a code sent to their email address.
3.3 The prizes listed above will be handed out to winning participants in the form of codes which expire within six (6) months upon their respective issuance. Participants who fail to redeem their code in time, leading to the expiry of the voucher, will not be compensated.
4.1 The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures that may affect the Competition, including but not limited to computer systems, servers, or network connections.
4.2 By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded.
4.3 The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of a prize.
5.1 Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the Competition and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer's privacy policy.
5.2 By participating in the Competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes stated above.
6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice, for good cause, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond the Organizer's control that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition.
6.2 In the event of termination, the Organizer will not be obligated to award any prizes
